Ideas become apps.
Apps find their people.
The factory keeps learning.

We’re building an AI agent factory that develops software, ships releases, and runs distribution. Human direction. Agents doing the work. Each launch informs what comes next.

How we’re building the factoryIllustration of the intended system, not live output.

Inside the factory

One connected line, five stages. The factory is under development, so this is the operation we are building toward, not a record of results.

  1. Find the opening

Agents research problems, existing products, and ways to reach potential users.

    1. 01.1Problem scan
    2. 01.2Existing products mapped
    3. 01.3Routes to an audience
  2. Make the product

Agents turn a selected opportunity into software, with human direction and review.

    1. 02.1Selected opportunity
    2. 02.2Software build
    3. 02.3Human review
  3. Get it out

Shipping includes testing, deployment, and preparing the product for real use.

    1. 03.1Tests run
    2. 03.2Deployment
    3. 03.3Ready for real use
  4. Find its people

Distribution is part of the factory: positioning, websites, content, campaigns, and channel experiments.

    1. 04.1Positioning
    2. 04.2Website and content
    3. 04.3Campaigns and channel experiments
  5. Feed the learning back

Responses and product use inform the next release, the next campaign, and which ideas deserve more work.

    1. 05.1Responses and product use
    2. 05.2Next release and campaign
    3. 05.3Ideas that deserve more work
    4. Back to 01, find the opening

First off the line

Mihira

मिहिर, Sanskrit for “the sun”

A panchang for the place you live. City-specific calendar timings, festivals, and observance windows, calculated on your iPhone.

In development· Planned launch November 2026

Consumer apps. Business tools. Different problems, one factory.

Mihira is the first. Other opportunities, in consumer apps and business tools, are still research. None of them are launched.
